Braising the Pork Belly
In a large pot, combine the pork belly, soy sauce, brown sugar, cinnamon stick, garlic, ginger, and water. Bring to a boil, then reduce the heat and let it simmer for about 2 hours until the pork is tender.

Preparing the Daikon
While the pork is braising, peel and cut the daikon radish into thick slices. Add them to the pot during the last 30 minutes of braising.

Cooking the Ramen Noodles
In another pot, cook the ramen noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.

Plating the Ramen
In bowls, add a serving of ramen noodles, ladle the braising liquid over the noodles, and top with slices of pork belly, daikon radish, corn, halved soft-boiled eggs, and chopped green onions.
