    Prepare the Noodles

    Soak the rice noodles in hot water for about 20-30 minutes until they are soft. Drain and set aside.

    Prepare the Tofu

    Cut the tofu into small cubes and pan-fry in a tablespoon of vegetable oil until golden brown. Remove and set aside.

    Sauté Aromatics

    In a large skillet or wok, heat the remaining vegetable oil over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sliced onion, and sauté until fragrant.

    Combine Ingredients

    Add the drained noodles, tamarind paste, soy sauce, and sugar to the skillet. Toss everything together gently.

    Add Tofu and Veggies

    Add the fried tofu, bean sprouts, preserved radish, and sliced green onions. Stir-fry for another 2-3 minutes until everything is well combined.

    Serve

    Plate the Phat Thai and sprinkle with crushed peanuts. Serve hot and enjoy!
