Method

Prepare Spicy Salmon

  1. 1

    Marinate the Salmon

In a bowl, combine sriracha sauce, soy sauce, and sesame oil. Add the salmon fillet and let marinate for at least 20 minutes.

  2. 2

    Cook the Salmon

Heat a pan over medium heat and cook the marinated salmon for about 4-5 minutes on each side until cooked through. Remove from heat and let it cool slightly.

Prepare Fried Garlic

  1. 3

    Fry the Garlic

Thinly slice the garlic cloves. In a small pan, heat olive oil over low heat and add the garlic. Fry until golden brown, making sure not to burn it. Remove from heat and set aside.

Prepare Mango Cucumber Apple Salsa

  1. 4

    Make the Salsa

Dice the mango, cucumber, and apple. In a bowl, combine all diced ingredients with lime juice, chopped cilantro, and salt. Mix well and set aside.

Assemble the Dish

  1. 5

    Slice and Serve

Slice the cooked salmon and arrange it on a plate. Top with fried garlic, sliced cucumber, and then add the tuna on top. Finally, garnish with the mango cucumber apple salsa.
