Dough Preparation
- 1
Activate the Yeast
In a small bowl, combine warm water, sugar, and active dry yeast. Stir gently and let it sit for 5-10 minutes until frothy.
- 2
Mix the Dry Ingredients
In a large mixing bowl, combine all-purpose flour and salt. Mix well.
- 3
Combine Ingredients
Once the yeast is activated, pour it into the flour mixture along with olive oil. Stir until a dough forms.
- 4
Knead the Dough
Transfer the dough to a floured surface and knead for about 5-7 minutes until smooth and elastic.
- 5
Let it Rise
Place the kneaded dough in a lightly oiled bowl, cover with a cloth, and let it rise in a warm place for about 1 hour, or until doubled in size.
Roll Shaping and Baking
- 6
Shape the Rolls
After the dough has risen, punch it down and divide it into 6 equal pieces. Roll each piece into a smooth ball.
- 7
Preheat the Oven

- 8
Prepare Baking Sheet
Place the shaped rolls on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, leaving space between them. Cover with a cloth and let rise for another 30 minutes.

Bake the rolls in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until golden brown.
- 10
Cool the Rolls
Remove from the oven and let cool slightly before serving.
Dipping Oil Preparation
- 11
Prepare the Dipping Oil
In a small bowl, combine olive oil, balsamic vinegar, Italian seasoning, garlic powder, and salt. Whisk together until well mixed.
