1/4 cup (60 ml) Bushmills 80 Proof
1.01 tbsp (15 ml) Vanilla syrup
1.01 tbsp (15 ml) Fresh orange juice
1 piece Orange peel garnish (twist)

In a cocktail shaker, combine Bushmills 80 Proof, vanilla syrup, and fresh orange juice. Fill the shaker with ice and shake vigorously for 12–15 seconds until well-chilled and slightly frothy.

Strain the mixture into a chilled rocks glass filled with fresh ice.

Express the oils from an orange peel over the drink, then rim the glass with the peel and drop the twist into the glass as a garnish.

Serve immediately. Enjoy the vanilla-orange aroma with the grainy character of the whiskey.
