Slice the Manchego, Camembert, and Gorgonzola cheeses into bite-sized pieces and arrange them on a serving board.

Slice the Hungarian pork sausage into thin rounds and add them to the serving board.

Feta Stuffed Peppers
Cut mini sweet peppers in half and remove seeds. Fill each half with crumbled feta cheese and arrange them on the board.

Garnish the board with fresh herbs, olives, and nuts if desired. Serve with crackers or bread.
