Prepare Sweet Plantains
Peel the sweet plantains and slice them diagonally into 1-inch thick pieces. Heat oil in a pan over medium heat and fry the plantain slices until golden brown on both sides. Remove and drain on paper towels.

Prepare Chicharrón
If using raw chicharrón, cook it according to package instructions until crispy. If using pre-cooked chicharrón, simply warm it in the oven or skillet.

Make Guacamole Aioli
In a bowl, combine guacamole and cream cheese. Mix until smooth and well combined. Adjust seasoning with salt and lime juice to taste.

Prepare Avocado
Slice the avocado in half, remove the pit and scoop out the flesh. Cut it into slices.
