Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Prepare the Garlic Mashed Potatoes

Peel and chop the potatoes into quarters. Boil in salted water until tender, about 15-20 minutes. Drain and return to pot. Add minced garlic, butter, and milk. Mash until smooth. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

  2. 2

    Cook the Braised Greens

In a skillet, heat a tablespoon of olive oil over medium heat. Add the braised greens and sauté until wilted and tender, about 5-7 minutes. Season with salt and pepper.

  3. 3

Prepare the Lemon Caper Butter Sauce

In a small saucepan, melt 2 tablespoons of butter over low heat. Add lemon juice, capers, and lemon zest. Stir gently until combined and warmed through.

  4. 4

    Pan-Sear the Swordfish

Season swordfish steaks with salt and pepper. Heat remaining olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add swordfish and cook for 4-5 minutes on each side, or until cooked through and golden brown.

  5. 5

    Plate the Dish

On each plate, serve a portion of garlic mashed potatoes, a side of braised greens, and artichoke hearts. Top the swordfish with the lemon caper butter sauce. Enjoy!
