Cook the Pasta
Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add the spaghettini and cook according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.

Prepare the Shrimp
In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant, about 1 minute. Add the shrimp and cook until pink and opaque, about 3-4 minutes. Season with salt and black pepper.

Make the Sauce
Reduce heat to low and add heavy cream to the skillet with the shrimp. Stir in the crumbled goat cheese until melted and well combined. Adjust seasoning with salt and pepper to taste.

Combine Pasta and Sauce
Add the cooked spaghettini to the skillet and toss to coat the pasta evenly with the goat cheese sauce.

Plate the pasta and top with toasted hazelnuts and chopped parsley. Serve immediately.
