In a large pot, bring salted water to a boil. Add spaghettini pasta and cook according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.

Sauté the Aromatics
In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add caramelized onion and sauté for 2-3 minutes. Add minced garlic and red pepper flakes, cooking for an additional minute until fragrant.

Cook the Shrimp
Add the Pink Patagonia shrimp to the skillet and cook until they turn pink and opaque, about 3-4 minutes.

Stir in the green chiles, capers, and marinara sauce. Allow the mixture to simmer for 5 minutes, letting the flavors meld together.

Add the cooked spaghettini to the skillet, tossing to coat the pasta in the sauce. Season with salt to taste.
