Cook the Spaghettini
In a large pot of boiling salted water, cook the spaghettini according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
Prepare the Marinara Sauce
In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and red pepper flakes, sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant.
Add Tomatoes
Stir in the crushed tomatoes, salt, and black pepper. Bring to a simmer and let cook for about 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Cook the Shrimp
Add the shrimp to the sauce and cook for about 3-4 minutes, or until the shrimp are pink and cooked through.
Combine and Serve
Add the cooked spaghettini to the skillet, tossing to combine. Stir in the fresh basil and serve hot, garnished with grated Parmesan cheese.
