Cooking Instructions
- 1
Cook the Pasta
In a large pot of boiling salted water, cook the linguine pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
- 2
Prepare the Seafood
In a large skillet, melt the butter over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant, about 1 minute. Then add the pink Patagonia shrimp, baby scallops, and diced salmon. Sauté for 3-4 minutes until the seafood starts to cook through.
- 3
Make the Sauce
Pour in the Chardonnay wine and let it simmer for 2-3 minutes. Then add heavy cream and sundried tomatoes, stirring well to combine. Allow the sauce to simmer for another 5-7 minutes until it thickens slightly. Add the whole clams and cook until they open up.
- 4
Combine and Serve
Add the cooked linguine to the skillet, tossing to coat the pasta in the sauce. Season with salt and black pepper to taste. Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
