Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Prepare the Salt Water Potatoes

In a pot, bring water to a boil and dissolve salt. Add potatoes and cook until tender, about 15 minutes. Drain and set aside.

  2. 2

    Grill the Porterhouse

Preheat the grill to high heat. Season the porterhouse steak with olive oil, salt, and black pepper. Grill for 8-10 minutes per side for medium-rare, or until desired doneness is reached.

  3. 3

    Grill the Asparagus

Toss asparagus with olive oil, salt, and pepper. Grill for 4-5 minutes until tender and slightly charred.

  4. 4

    Grill the Lemon

Cut lemon in half and grill cut-side down for about 2-3 minutes until caramelized.

  5. 5

    Make the Balsamic Reduction

In a saucepan, bring balsamic vinegar to a simmer over medium heat. Reduce heat and simmer until reduced by half, about 10-15 minutes. Set aside to cool.

  6. 6

    Serve

On a large plate, arrange the grilled porterhouse, salt water potatoes, grilled asparagus, and grilled lemon. Drizzle with balsamic reduction before serving.
