Cooking Directions
- 1
Prepare the Ingredients
Gather and prepare all the ingredients: dice the ham, cook and crumble the bacon and sausage, and shred the cheddar cheese.
- 2
Whisk the Eggs
In a mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, salt, and black pepper until well combined.
- 3
Cook the Omelet
In a large skillet, heat the butter over medium heat. Once melted, pour in the egg mixture and let it cook for about 2 minutes until the edges start to set.
- 4
Add Fillings
Sprinkle the diced ham, crumbled bacon, sausage, and shredded cheddar cheese evenly over one half of the omelet.
- 5
Fold the Omelet
Carefully fold the omelet in half over the fillings and cook for an additional 2-3 minutes until the cheese is melted and the eggs are fully cooked.
- 6
Serve
Slide the omelet onto a plate and serve immediately with hash browns and toast on the side.
