Make the Dough
In a large mixing bowl, combine warm milk, yeast, and sugar. Let sit for 5 minutes until frothy. Add melted butter, eggs, salt, and flour. Mix until a dough forms.

Knead the Dough
Turn the dough onto a floured surface and knead for about 5-7 minutes until smooth and elastic. Place in a greased bowl, cover, and let rise in a warm place for 1 hour.

Prepare the Filling
In a bowl, mix together brown sugar and cinnamon. Melt the butter and set aside.

Roll Out the Dough
After the dough has risen, punch it down and roll it out into a large rectangle, about ¼ inch thick.

Roll and Cut
Starting from one edge, roll the dough tightly into a log. Cut into 12 equal pieces and place them in a greased baking pan.

Second Rise
Cover the rolls and let rise for another 30 minutes.

Bake
Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Bake the rolls for 25-30 minutes until golden brown.

Make the Icing
While the rolls are baking, beat together cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla until smooth.

Ice the Rolls
Once the rolls are out of the oven, let them cool slightly, then spread the icing over the warm rolls.
