Cooking Instructions

1

Prepare the Mushrooms

Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add sliced mushrooms and sauté until golden brown, about 5-7 minutes. Season with salt and pepper. Remove from heat and set aside.

2

Cook the Beef Patties

Divide the ground beef into 4 equal portions and shape into patties. Season with salt and pepper. Preheat a grill or skillet over medium-high heat. Cook the patties for about 4-5 minutes on each side for medium doneness.

3

Add Cheese

In the last minute of cooking, place a slice of Swiss cheese on each patty and cover to melt.

4

Assemble the Burgers

Spread mayonnaise on the bottom half of each potato bun. Place the cheese-topped patty on top, followed by sautéed mushrooms and a generous amount of fried onion strings. Top with the other half of the bun.

5

Serve

Serve the Mushroom Swiss Burgers immediately with your favorite side.
