Method

Preparation

  1. 1

    Prepare the Chorizo

Slice the chorizo sausage into thin rounds. Heat a pan over medium heat and add the chorizo slices. Cook for about 5-7 minutes until the chorizo is crispy and the oils are released. Remove from heat and set aside.

  2. 2

    Cut the Manchego Cheese

Using a sharp knife, cut the Manchego cheese into small cubes or triangular wedges and arrange them on a serving plate.

  3. 3

    Prepare the Marinated Olives

If using a mix of olives, drain them from their brine and place them in a small bowl. Optionally, add a drizzle of olive oil and a sprinkle of herbs for extra flavor.

  4. 4

    Cook the Garlic Shrimp

In a skillet, heat 2 tablespoons of olive oil over medium-high heat. Add minced garlic (2 cloves) and sauté for about 30 seconds until fragrant. Add the shrimp and cook for 3-4 minutes or until they turn pink. Season with salt and pepper to taste, then remove from heat.

  5. 5

    Prepare Stuffed Peppers

Take the pre-made stuffed peppers (filled with cheese, rice, or meat) and place them on a baking tray. Heat in the oven at 180°C (350°F) for about 10-15 minutes until warmed through.

  6. 6

    Make Patatas Bravas

Peel and cut potatoes into bite-sized cubes. Heat oil in a frying pan and fry the potatoes until golden and crispy, about 15-20 minutes. Once cooked, drain and sprinkle with salt. Serve with a side of spicy tomato sauce.

  7. 7

    Prepare Bruschetta

Toast slices of bread until golden. Top with a mixture of diced tomatoes, basil, garlic, olive oil, and balsamic vinegar. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

  8. 8

    Slice the Spanish Tortilla

Once the Spanish tortilla is cooked and cooled down, slice it into wedges for easy serving.
