Prepare the Glass
Rim the edge of a rocks glass with lime juice and dip it into salt to coat the rim.

Mix the Drink
In a cocktail shaker, combine Espolon Blanco Tequila, fresh squeezed lime juice, grapefruit juice, and simple syrup.

Shake
Fill the shaker with ice and shake vigorously for about 15 seconds.

Strain and Serve
Strain the mixture into the prepared rocks glass filled with ice.

Garnish with a lime wedge and serve immediately.
