Cheesesteak Wrap Ingredients

Method

Preparation Directions

  1. 1

    Cook the Steak

Thinly slice the ribeye steak against the grain. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Add the steak, season with salt and black pepper, and cook until browned, about 5-7 minutes. Remove from heat.

  2. 2

    Prepare the Onions

In the same skillet, add more olive oil if needed. Slice the onion and add it to the skillet. Cook until the onions are caramelized and golden, about 5-8 minutes.

  3. 3

    Assemble the Wraps/Subs

Lay a sub roll or wrap flat. Place a few large lettuce leaves on the bottom, followed by the cooked steak and onions. Add tomato slices on top, then layer on the cheese slices. If desired, place under a broiler for 1-2 minutes to melt the cheese.

  4. 4

    Serve

Serve with a side of hot French fries. Enjoy your cheesesteak wrap or sub!
