Mix the Ingredients
In a cocktail shaker, combine Tito's Handmade Vodka, Chocolate Liqueur, Creme de Menthe, and Heavy Cream. Fill the shaker with ice.
Shake Well
Shake vigorously for about 15 seconds until well mixed and chilled.
Strain and Serve
Strain the mixture into a chilled martini glass.
Garnish
Garnish with mint leaves and chocolate shavings on top.
