Prepare the Coffee
Brew 240ml of strong espresso coffee and let it cool to room temperature. Once cooled, stir in 50g of sugar until dissolved. Set aside.

Whip the Cream
In a separate bowl, whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form. Gently fold the whipped cream into the mascarpone mixture until fully combined.

Soak Ladyfingers
Quickly dip each ladyfinger into the cooled coffee mixture, ensuring they are soaked but not soggy.

Layer the Tiramisu
In a rectangular dish, create a layer of soaked ladyfingers at the bottom. Spread half of the mascarpone mixture over the ladyfingers evenly. Repeat with another layer of soaked ladyfingers and the remaining mascarpone mixture on top.
Topping and Chilling

Dust with Cocoa
Sift the cocoa powder evenly over the top layer of the tiramisu.

Cover the dish with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 4 hours, preferably overnight, to allow the flavors to meld.
