Method
Prepare the Wings

Preheat the Oven
Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).

Prepare the Chicken Wings
In a large bowl, combine the chicken wings, salt, black pepper, and baking powder. Toss until the wings are evenly coated.

Arrange on Baking Sheet
Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil and place a wire rack on top. Arrange the coated chicken wings in a single layer on the rack.
Bake the Wings

Bake the wings in the preheated oven for 40-45 minutes, or until they are golden brown and crispy, flipping them halfway through.
Make the Buffalo Sauce

Melt the Butter
In a saucepan over medium heat, melt the unsalted butter.

Combine Ingredients
Once melted, stir in the hot sauce, garlic powder, cayenne pepper, and vinegar. Mix well and remove from heat.
Toss the Wings

Combine Wings and Sauce
In a large bowl, combine the baked wings with the buffalo sauce. Toss until the wings are thoroughly coated.
Prepare Blue Cheese Dressing

Mix Ingredients
In a mixing bowl, combine blue cheese, sour cream, mayonnaise, lemon juice, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper. Stir until smooth and creamy.

Serve the buffalo wings hot with a side of blue cheese dressing for dipping.
