Method
For the Miso Glazed Salmon

Prepare the Marinade
In a bowl, whisk together miso paste, honey, soy sauce, rice vinegar, and sesame oil until well combined.

Marinate the Salmon
Place salmon fillets in a shallow dish and cover with the miso marinade. Let marinate for at least 30 minutes.

Cook the Salmon
Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C). Place marinated salmon on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and bake for 12-15 minutes, until cooked through.
For the Saffron Beurre Blanc

Add Wine and Saffron
Pour in the white wine and add saffron threads. Bring to a simmer and reduce until about 1/4 cup remains.

Finish the Sauce
Lower the heat and whisk in the remaining butter and heavy cream until smooth. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
For the Lemon Herb Orzo

Cook the Orzo
In a saucepan, bring vegetable broth to a boil. Add orzo and cook according to package instructions until al dente.

Add Herbs and Seasoning
Once cooked, drain any excess liquid and stir in parsley, lemon juice, lemon zest, salt, and pepper.
