Marinade and Ribs

Method

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Prepare the Marinade

In a large bowl, combine orange juice, lime juice, minced garlic, ground cumin, dried oregano, smoked paprika, honey, salt, black pepper, and chipotle sauce. Mix well to combine.

  2. 2

    Marinate the Ribs

Place the pork ribs in a large resealable bag or a shallow dish. Pour the marinade over the ribs, ensuring they are well coated. Seal the bag or cover the dish and refrigerate for at least 4 hours, preferably overnight.

  3. 3

    Preheat and Prepare for Cooking

Preheat your grill or oven to medium-high heat (about 180°C or 350°F). If using an oven, line a baking tray with aluminum foil for easy cleanup.

  4. 4

    Cook the Ribs

Remove the ribs from the marinade and let any excess drip off. Grill the ribs for about 15-20 minutes per side, or until they have a nice char and are cooked through. If using an oven, place the ribs on the prepared baking tray and bake for about 1.5 to 2 hours, basting occasionally with the leftover marinade.

  5. 5

    Rest and Serve

Once cooked, remove the ribs from the grill or oven and let them rest for about 10 minutes before slicing. Serve with your favorite sides.
