Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Prepare the Smoker

Preheat your smoker to 225°F (107°C) using your choice of wood chips for flavor.

  2. 2

    Brisket

Rub the beef brisket with your preferred seasoning blend and smoke for 10-12 hours until it reaches an internal temperature of 195°F (90°C). Let it rest before slicing.

  3. 3

    Pork Ribs

Apply a dry rub to the pork ribs and smoke them for 5-6 hours. Wrap in foil halfway through to maintain moisture. Check for tenderness before removing.

  4. 4

    Smoked Sausage

Smoke the sausages for about 2-3 hours until they reach an internal temperature of 160°F (71°C).

  5. 5

    Pulled Pork

Season the pork shoulder with rub and smoke for 8-10 hours until it reaches 195°F (90°C). Shred with forks once cooled slightly.

  6. 6

    Serve

Arrange all smoked meats on a platter and serve with your choice of BBQ sauce, pickles, and bread.
