BBQ Ribs Ingredients

Method

BBQ Ribs Preparation

  1. 1

    Prepare the Ribs

Preheat your oven to 150°C (300°F). Remove the membrane from the back of the pork ribs and pat them dry with paper towels.

  2. 2

    Season the Ribs

In a small bowl, mix together salt, black pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and paprika. Rub this seasoning mixture all over the ribs.

  3. 3

    Bake the Ribs

Place the seasoned ribs on a baking sheet lined with aluminum foil. Cover the ribs with another piece of foil and bake in the preheated oven for about 2.5 to 3 hours, until tender.

  4. 4

    Glaze with BBQ Sauce

Remove the ribs from the oven, discard the top foil, and brush the BBQ sauce generously over the ribs.

  5. 5

    Finish on the Grill

Preheat your grill to medium heat. Place the sauced ribs on the grill and cook for an additional 10-15 minutes, turning occasionally, until the sauce is caramelized and bubbly.

  6. 6

    Serve

Remove the ribs from the grill and let them rest for a few minutes before cutting into portions. Serve with extra BBQ sauce if desired.
