Instructions
- 1
Prepare the Jalapeños
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Slice the jalapeños in half lengthwise and remove the seeds and membranes for less heat.
- 2
Stuff the Jalapeños
In a bowl, mix the Monterey Jack cheese with salt, black pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and dried dill. Stuff each jalapeño half with the cheese mixture.
- 3
Wrap with Bacon
Wrap each stuffed jalapeño half with a slice of bacon, securing it with a toothpick if necessary.
- 4
Bake the Jalapeños
Place the bacon-wrapped jalapeños on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the bacon is crispy.
- 5
Prepare the Buttermilk Ranch
In a small bowl, combine buttermilk, mayonnaise, and additional seasonings (salt, pepper, garlic powder, dill) to taste. Mix well.
- 6
Serve
Remove the jalapeños from the oven and let them cool slightly. Serve warm with buttermilk ranch for dipping.
