Ensure you have all the necessary ingredients and tools: sake, beer, chopsticks, shot glass, beer glass, and optional garnishes.

Fill the beer glass with 240 ml of your chosen beer, leaving some space at the top.

Measure 60 ml of sake and pour it into the shot glass.
