Pasta Preparation

Cook the Pasta
Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add the pasta and cook according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.

Prepare the Vegetables
Wash and chop the zucchini, bell peppers, cherry tomatoes, carrot, and broccoli into bite-sized pieces.
Sauce Preparation

Make the Sauce
In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté for 1 minute until fragrant. Add the chopped vegetables and sauté for 5-7 minutes until they begin to soften.

Combine with Broth
Pour in the vegetable broth and lemon juice. Stir well and cook for another 3-5 minutes until the vegetables are tender.

Season the Sauce
Add salt and black pepper to taste. Mix in the grated Parmesan cheese until melted and well incorporated.
Combine and Serve

Combine Pasta and Sauce
Add the cooked pasta to the skillet with the vegetable sauce. Toss everything together until the pasta is well coated with the sauce and vegetables.
