Chop the Tomatoes
Dice the fresh tomatoes into small pieces and place them in a medium bowl.

Prepare the Basil
Chop the fresh basil leaves into small pieces and add them to the bowl with the diced tomatoes.

Add Mozzarella
Cube the mozzarella cheese into small pieces and mix them into the tomato and basil mixture.

Toasting the Bread

Slice the Bread
Slice the baguette or Italian bread into 1/2 inch thick slices.

Toast the Bread
Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C). Place the sliced bread on a baking sheet and drizzle with olive oil. Toast in the oven for about 5-7 minutes or until golden brown.
Assembling the Bruschetta

Top the Toasted Bread
Remove the toasted bread from the oven and spoon the tomato, basil, and mozzarella mixture generously on top of each slice.
