Juicing the Fruits
Using a citrus juicer, extract the juice from fresh grapefruits until you have 2 oz of juice. Do the same for fresh mangoes, extracting 1 oz of mango juice.

Preparing Habanero
Take a fresh habanero pepper and slice it thinly. Adjust the quantity of slices based on your spice tolerance.

Chilling the Glass
Fill a cocktail glass with ice cubes to chill while you prepare the drink.
Mixing

Combining Ingredients
In a shaker, combine 2 oz of vodka, 2 oz of fresh grapefruit juice, 1 oz of fresh mango juice, and a slice of habanero pepper.

Shaking
Add ice to the shaker and shake vigorously for about 15 seconds to mix and chill the ingredients.

Adding Soda Water
Strain the mixture into the chilled glass filled with ice and top with 4 oz of soda water.

Optionally, garnish with a thin slice of grapefruit or a small piece of mango on the rim of the glass for presentation.
