Preparation

  1. 1

    Prepare the Vegetables

Wash and chop all the vegetables as described. Ensure that the broccoli is cut into small florets, bell peppers are sliced, carrots are julienned, zucchini is sliced, and green onions are chopped.

  2. 2

    Make the Sauce

In a small bowl, combine soy sauce, sesame oil, minced garlic, grated ginger, cornstarch, and water. Mix well until cornstarch is fully dissolved. Set aside.

Cooking

  1. 3

    Heat the Oil

In a large skillet or wok, heat vegetable oil over medium-high heat until shimmering.

  2. 4

    Stir-Fry the Vegetables

Add broccoli florets, bell peppers, carrots, snap peas, and zucchini to the skillet. Stir-fry for about 5-7 minutes, or until vegetables are tender-crisp.

  3. 5

    Add the Sauce

Pour the prepared sauce over the stir-fried vegetables. Stir well to coat all the vegetables and cook for an additional 2-3 minutes until the sauce thickens slightly.

  4. 6

    Season and Serve

Season with salt and black pepper to taste. Sprinkle chopped green onions on top and serve immediately.
