Method
Prepare the Frites

Cut Potatoes
Peel the potatoes and cut them into thin strips to resemble fries.

In a large pot, heat the oil over medium-high heat until it reaches 350°F (175°C).

Fry Potatoes
Carefully add the cut potatoes to the hot oil in batches, frying until golden brown, about 4-5 minutes per batch.

Remove the fries from the oil and place them on paper towels to drain. Sprinkle with salt while still hot.
Prepare the Burger Patty

Mix Ground Beef
In a bowl, combine the ground beef with salt and black pepper. Mix until just combined.

Shape the beef mixture into a patty, about 1-inch thick.

Heat a skillet over medium-high heat and cook the patty for about 4-5 minutes on each side or until it reaches desired doneness.
Assemble the Dish
