Prepare the Glass
Take a glass and rim the edge with a lime wedge. Dip the rim into Tajin seasoning to coat it evenly.

Mix the Drink
In a cocktail shaker, combine Blanco Tequila and fresh lime juice. Fill the shaker with ice and shake vigorously for about 15 seconds.

Assemble the Drink
Strain the mixture into the prepared glass filled with ice. Top it off with Topo Chico sparkling water.

Garnish
Add a lime wedge on the rim of the glass and sprinkle additional Tajin seasoning on top for garnish.
