Preparation

  1. 1

    Prepare the Fruits

Wash all the fruits thoroughly. Slice the oranges, lemons, limes, and peaches into thin wedges or slices. Remove the stems from the berries if necessary.

Mixing

  1. 2

    Combine Ingredients

In a large pitcher, combine the sliced fruits (oranges, lemons, limes, peaches, and berries). Pour in the red wine, orange juice, and brandy. Stir well to mix all the ingredients.

  2. 3

    Add Sweetener

Add the granulated sugar to the mixture and stir until the sugar is fully dissolved.

  3. 4

    Chill

Cover the pitcher and refrigerate for at least 2 hours (or overnight) to let the flavors blend.

Serving

  1. 5

    Serve

Before serving, add club soda for a refreshing fizz. Stir gently and serve over ice in glasses. Garnish with additional fruit slices if desired.
