Cook the Chorizo
In a skillet over medium heat, add the chorizo. Cook for about 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally, until browned and cooked through.

Prepare the Cheese Mixture
While the chorizo is cooking, grate the Monterey Jack and Queso Blanco cheese. Set aside.

Mince Garlic and Jalapeño
Mince the garlic cloves and finely chop the jalapeño pepper (remove seeds for less heat if desired).

Combine Ingredients
In a mixing bowl, combine cooked chorizo, grated cheeses, minced garlic, chopped jalapeño, and chopped cilantro. Mix well.

Prepare Tortillas
While the queso is baking, heat the flour tortillas in a dry skillet over medium heat for about 1-2 minutes on each side until warm and pliable.
