Ice Cream Preparation

Heat Cream Mixture
In a medium saucepan, combine the heavy cream, whole milk, and granulated sugar. Heat over medium heat until the mixture is hot but not boiling, stirring occasionally.

Cool and Chill
Remove from heat and stir in the vanilla bean paste. Let it cool to room temperature, then refrigerate until completely chilled, about 2 hours.

Churn Ice Cream
Once chilled, churn the mixture in an ice cream maker according to the manufacturer’s instructions until it reaches soft-serve consistency. Transfer to a container and freeze until firm, about 4 hours.
Strawberry Preparation

Macerate Strawberries
In a bowl, combine the fresh strawberries and sugar. Let sit for about 15 minutes to macerate.

Puree Strawberries
Reserve a handful of whole strawberries for garnish. Puree the remaining strawberries with the strawberry jam until smooth.
Golden Oreo Crust

Preheat Oven
Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).

Prepare Crust Mixture
Crush the Golden Oreo cookies in a food processor until fine crumbs form. Add melted unsalted butter and pulse until well combined.

Bake Crust
Press the mixture into the bottom of a 9-inch pie pan, ensuring it's evenly distributed. Bake for 10 minutes, then remove from the oven and let cool.
