Method
Espresso Ice Cream

Prepare Espresso
Brew 2 cups of strong espresso coffee and let it cool to room temperature.

Mix Ingredients
In a mixing bowl, combine the cooled espresso, heavy cream, sweetened condensed milk, vanilla extract, and a pinch of salt. Mix well until fully combined.

Churn Ice Cream
Pour the mixture into an ice cream maker and churn according to the manufacturer's instructions until it reaches a soft-serve consistency. Transfer to a container and freeze for at least 4 hours or until firm.

Cool Fudge
Remove from heat and let the fudge cool slightly before pouring it over the ice cream layer in the crust.
Almond Lace Cookies

Preheat Oven
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Mix Cookie Batter
In a saucepan, melt the butter. Stir in the sliced almonds, granulated sugar, flour, and vanilla extract until well combined.

Drop teaspoonfuls of the mixture onto the prepared baking sheet, spacing them about 2 inches apart. Bake for 10-12 minutes or until golden brown. Let cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
Oreo Crust

Crush Oreo Cookies
In a food processor, crush the Oreo cookies into fine crumbs.

Melt the butter and mix it with the crushed cookies until the mixture resembles wet sand.

Press the cookie mixture firmly into the bottom of a 9-inch pie dish to form an even crust. Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 10 minutes and then allow to cool completely.

In a mixing bowl, combine heavy cream, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract.

Using an electric mixer, beat the mixture on high speed until stiff peaks form. Be careful not to overbeat.
