Oreo Crust

Method

Espresso Ice Cream

  1. 1

    Prepare Espresso

Brew 2 cups of strong espresso coffee and let it cool to room temperature.

  2. 2

    Mix Ingredients

In a mixing bowl, combine the cooled espresso, heavy cream, sweetened condensed milk, vanilla extract, and a pinch of salt. Mix well until fully combined.

  3. 3

    Churn Ice Cream

Pour the mixture into an ice cream maker and churn according to the manufacturer's instructions until it reaches a soft-serve consistency. Transfer to a container and freeze for at least 4 hours or until firm.

Chocolate Fudge

  1. 4

    Melt Ingredients

In a medium saucepan over low heat, combine the semi-sweet chocolate chips, sweetened condensed milk, and butter. Stir until completely melted and smooth.

  2. 5

    Cool Fudge

Remove from heat and let the fudge cool slightly before pouring it over the ice cream layer in the crust.

Almond Lace Cookies

  1. 6

    Preheat Oven

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

  2. 7

In a saucepan, melt the butter. Stir in the sliced almonds, granulated sugar, flour, and vanilla extract until well combined.

  3. 8

    Bake Cookies

Drop teaspoonfuls of the mixture onto the prepared baking sheet, spacing them about 2 inches apart. Bake for 10-12 minutes or until golden brown. Let cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.

Oreo Crust

  1. 9

    Crush Oreo Cookies

In a food processor, crush the Oreo cookies into fine crumbs.

  2. 10

    Mix with Butter

Melt the butter and mix it with the crushed cookies until the mixture resembles wet sand.

  3. 11

    Form Crust

Press the cookie mixture firmly into the bottom of a 9-inch pie dish to form an even crust. Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 10 minutes and then allow to cool completely.

Whipped Cream

  1. 12

    Whip Cream

In a mixing bowl, combine heavy cream, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract.

  2. 13

    Beat Until Stiff Peaks

Using an electric mixer, beat the mixture on high speed until stiff peaks form. Be careful not to overbeat.
