Dumpling Dough Preparation

Make the Dough
In a large bowl, combine all-purpose flour and salt. Gradually add water, mixing until a dough forms.

Knead the Dough
Transfer the dough to a lightly floured surface and knead for about 5 minutes until smooth. Wrap in plastic wrap and let it rest for 30 minutes.
Pork Filling Preparation

Prepare the Filling
In a large bowl, combine ground pork, green onions, garlic, cilantro, soy sauce, cumin, chili powder, salt, and pepper. Mix thoroughly until well combined.
Dumpling Assembly

Roll the Dough
After resting, divide the dough into small balls. Roll each ball into a thin circle (about 3 inches in diameter) on a lightly floured surface.

Fill the Dumplings
Place about 1 tablespoon of pork filling in the center of each circle. Fold the dough over the filling to create a half-moon shape. Press the edges to seal tightly.
Cooking the Dumplings

Steam the Dumplings
In a steamer pot, bring water to a boil. Place the dumplings in the steamer basket and steam for about 10-12 minutes until cooked through.

Mix the Sauce
In a small bowl, combine sriracha sauce, soy sauce, lime juice, and honey. Stir until well mixed and set aside.
