Method
Pork Tenderloin Preparation
- 1
Season the Pork
Sprinkle the pork tenderloin with salt, black pepper, and garlic powder evenly on all sides. This will enhance the flavor.

- 3
Bread the Pork
Dredge the seasoned pork tenderloin in the flour, shaking off the excess. Dip it into the beaten egg, allowing any excess to drip off, and then coat it with breadcrumbs, pressing gently to adhere.
- 4
Fry the Pork
In a large skillet, heat the oil over medium-high heat. Once hot, carefully add the breaded pork tenderloin. Fry for about 5-7 minutes on each side, or until golden brown and cooked through (internal temperature should reach 145°F).
- 5
Assemble the Dish
- 6
Prepare the Pretzel Buns
While the pork is resting, slice the pretzel buns in half. You may toast them lightly if desired.
- 7
Assemble the Sandwich
Place a slice of the fried pork tenderloin onto the bottom half of each pretzel bun. Top with the other half of the bun.
Prepare Dipping Sauce
- 8
Mix the Sauce
In a small bowl, combine the mustard and honey. Stir well to create a smooth dipping sauce.
