    Prepare the Glasses

    If desired, rim your glasses with sugar. To do this, rub a lemon wedge around the rim of each glass and then dip the rim into a plate of sugar until fully coated.

    Mix the Drink

    In a large pitcher, combine the fresh lemon juice and Prosecco. Stir gently to mix without losing the fizz.

Serving

    Pour and Garnish

    Pour the mixture into prepared glasses. Optionally, garnish each drink with a slice of lemon and a few fresh mint leaves.
