Marinating Chicken

Prepare the Marinade
In a bowl, mix together olive oil, lemon juice, minced garlic, dried oregano, salt, and black pepper until well combined.

Marinate the Chicken
Place the chicken breasts in a resealable plastic bag or shallow dish, and pour the marinade over the chicken. Seal the bag or cover the dish, and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes, or up to 2 hours for more flavor.

Preheat the Grill
Preheat your grill to medium-high heat (about 400°F or 200°C).

Assembling the Sandwich

Prepare the Buns
While the chicken is resting, slice the brioche buns in half and lightly toast them on the grill if desired.

Build the Sandwich
Spread mayonnaise on the bottom half of each bun. Place a leaf of lettuce on top, followed by a grilled chicken breast, a slice of tomato, and then the top half of the bun to complete the sandwich.
