Preparation

  1. 1

    Roast the Garlic

Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Cut the top off the head of garlic, drizzle with olive oil, and wrap it in aluminum foil. Roast in the oven for about 30-35 minutes until soft. Let it cool, then squeeze the garlic cloves out and mash them into a purée.

  2. 2

    Prepare the Sourdough

While the garlic is roasting, grill the sourdough slices on a grill or in a pan until golden brown and crispy. Set aside.

Assembly

  1. 3

    Assemble the Dish

On a serving plate, place the burrata in the center. Surround it with semi-dried tomatoes and dollops of roasted garlic purée. Add spoonfuls of olive tapenade on top and around the burrata.

  2. 4

    Serve

Serve the burrata with the grilled sourdough for dipping. Enjoy!
