Method

Preparation

  1. 1

    Chop Vegetables

Dice the onion, bell pepper, and tomato into small pieces. Set aside.

  2. 2

    Prepare Meats

Chop the ham and cook the bacon until crispy. Once done, crumble the bacon into smaller pieces.

Cooking

  1. 3

    Cook Vegetables

In a skillet over medium heat, add the butter. Once melted, add the diced onion and bell pepper. Sauté for about 3-4 minutes until softened. Add the diced tomato and cook for another 1-2 minutes. Remove from skillet and set aside.

  2. 4

    Prepare the Egg Mixture

In a bowl, whisk together the eggs, salt, and black pepper until well combined.

  3. 5

    Cook the Omelette

In the same skillet over medium heat, pour in the egg mixture. Allow it to cook for about 2-3 minutes, or until the edges begin to set.

  4. 6

    Add Fillings

Once the edges are set, evenly distribute the sautéed vegetables, ham, bacon, and cheddar cheese on one half of the omelette.

  5. 7

    Fold and Finish Cooking

Carefully fold the other half of the omelette over the fillings. Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and the eggs are fully cooked.
