Method

Preparation

  1. 1

    Prepare the Shrimp

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Rinse the shrimp under cold water and pat dry with paper towels. Place them aside.

  2. 2

    Make the Stuffing

In a large mixing bowl, combine the breadcrumbs, softened cream cheese, minced garlic, chopped parsley, grated Parmesan cheese, lemon juice, salt, and black pepper. Mix until well combined and creamy.

  3. 3

    Stuff the Shrimp

Take each shrimp and gently open it up. Fill each shrimp with a generous amount of the stuffing mixture, pressing lightly to secure it. Arrange the stuffed shrimp on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

Baking

  1. 4

    Prepare the Topping

In a small bowl, mix the melted butter with paprika. Brush this mixture over the stuffed shrimp to add flavor and color.

  2. 5

    Bake the Shrimp

Place the baking sheet in the preheated oven and bake for 15-20 minutes or until the shrimp are cooked through and the stuffing is golden brown.

  1. 6

    Serve

Remove the stuffed shrimp from the oven and let them cool for a few minutes. Serve warm as an appetizer or main dish.
