Main Ingredients

Method

Preparation

  1. 1

    Preheat the Oven

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).

  2. 2

    Prepare the Baking Sheet

Line a half sheet pan with parchment paper or lightly grease it with cooking spray to prevent sticking.

  3. 3

    Whisk the Eggs

In a large mixing bowl, crack the 12 large eggs and add 1 cup of whole milk, 1 tsp of salt, and 1 tsp of black pepper. Whisk them together until fully combined and slightly frothy.

Cooking

  1. 4

    Add Optional Ingredients

If using, fold in 1 cup of shredded cheese, 1 cup of chopped bell peppers, 1 cup of chopped green onions, and/or 1 cup of crumbled cooked bacon into the egg mixture.

  2. 5

    Pour into the Sheet Pan

Pour the egg mixture evenly into the prepared half sheet pan, ensuring it spreads out uniformly.

  3. 6

    Bake the Eggs

Place the sheet pan in the preheated oven and bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the eggs are set and the edges are lightly golden.

  4. 7

    Check for Doneness

To check for doneness, insert a toothpick into the center of the eggs. If it comes out clean, the eggs are ready.

  5. 8

    Cool and Serve

Remove the sheet pan from the oven and allow it to cool for a few minutes. Cut the scrambled eggs into squares and serve warm.
