For the Shrimp

Prepare the Shrimp
In a medium bowl, toss the jumbo shrimp with olive oil, minced garlic, paprika, salt, and black pepper. Set aside to marinate for about 15 minutes.

Cook the Shrimp
In a large skillet over medium-high heat, add the marinated shrimp. Sauté for about 3-4 minutes on each side or until they are pink and opaque. Remove from the skillet and set aside.

Add Cream and Peppers
Stir in the roasted red peppers, heavy cream, chicken broth, cayenne pepper, salt, and black pepper. Bring to a simmer and cook for about 10 minutes, stirring occasionally until the sauce thickens slightly.

Serve the Dish
In a serving bowl, spoon a generous portion of the creamy grits. Top with the spicy cream sauce and sautéed shrimp. Serve immediately and enjoy!
