Method
Grilling Seafood
- 1
Prepare the Seafood
Choose your seafood option: Salmon, Shrimp, Ahi Tuna, or Redfish. Pat them dry with paper towels.
- 2
Season the Seafood
Season each piece of seafood with salt and black pepper to taste. Optionally, drizzle with a bit of olive oil.
- 3
Preheat the Grill
Preheat your grill to medium-high heat (about 375°F to 400°F).
- 4
- 5
Check for Doneness
Ensure that the seafood is cooked through (opaque for shrimp and salmon, and slightly rare in the center for ahi tuna).
- 6
Remove and Rest
Once cooked, remove the seafood from the grill and let it rest for a few minutes before serving.
