Preparation

  1. 1

    Gather Ingredients

Collect all the ingredients needed for the gin mix: Tanqueray, Gentilly, Ford's gin, tonic water, fresh lime juice, lime wedge, and fresh rosemary sprig.

  2. 2

    Chill the Glass

Place a highball glass in the freezer for a few minutes to chill while you prepare the drink.

Mixing

  1. 3

    Combine the Gins

In a mixing glass or cocktail shaker, pour 2 oz of Tanqueray gin, 1 oz of Gentilly gin, and 1 oz of Ford's gin.

  2. 4

    Add Lime Juice

Add 0.5 oz of fresh lime juice to the gin mixture.

  3. 5

    Add Ice and Shake

Fill the mixing glass with ice and shake vigorously for about 15 seconds until well chilled.

  4. 6

    Strain into Glass

Remove the chilled highball glass from the freezer and strain the gin mixture into the glass.

  5. 7

    Top with Tonic Water

Pour 4 oz of tonic water gently over the gin mixture in the glass to maintain the bubbles.

Garnishing

  1. 8

    Garnish the Drink

Garnish the drink with a lime wedge on the rim and a sprig of fresh rosemary placed in the glass.

  2. 9

    Serve
