Method

Preparing the Fish

  1. 1

    Marinate the Fish

In a bowl, mix olive oil, lime juice, cumin, paprika, salt, and black pepper. Add the fish fillets and coat well. Let marinate for 15-30 minutes.

  2. 2

    Grill the Fish

Preheat a grill or grill pan over medium-high heat. Grill the marinated fish for about 3-4 minutes per side or until cooked through and flaky. Remove from heat and let cool slightly.

Making the Cabbage Slaw

  1. 3

    Combine Ingredients

In a large bowl, combine shredded cabbage, grated carrot, lime juice, salt, and chopped cilantro. Toss well to combine and set aside.

Preparing the Cilantro Sauce

  1. 4

    Make the Sauce

In a blender, combine sour cream, chopped cilantro, lime juice, minced garlic, and salt. Blend until smooth. Adjust seasoning if necessary.

Assembling the Tacos

  1. 5

    Warm the Tortillas

Lightly warm the corn tortillas on a grill or in a skillet for about 30 seconds on each side.

  2. 6

    Fill the Tacos

Place grilled fish in the center of each tortilla. Top with cabbage slaw and drizzle with cilantro sauce.

  3. 7

    Serve

Serve the tacos immediately with lime wedges on the side.
